Responsibilities
- Manage the Identity and Access Management operations team, ensuring robust controls, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Act as a consultative partner to internal clients, anticipating needs and preventing risks.

- Lead a multidisciplinary team, developing both technical (hard) and interpersonal (soft) skills.

- Integrate security, technology, and business areas to strengthen governance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Identity and Access Management and with IGA/PAM tools.
- Knowledge of standards and frameworks: ISO 27000, ISO 31000, ITIL v4, COBIT 5, PCI, NIST, LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law).
- Familiarity with methodologies: PMBOK, SCRUM.
- Concepts: SSO, MFA, Authentication vs Authorization, Segregation of Duties (SoD), RBAC/ABAC.
- Experience with risk assessment and GRC tools.
- Empathetic leadership with a focus on team development.
- Clear communication, a consultative approach, and management by metrics.
