Responsibilities

• Deployment and support of FortiManager, FortiGate and FortiAuthenticator;
• Experience with Netskope and Zscaler solutions;
• Plan and implement products, architectures and solutions purchased by clients, supporting the Pre-Sales team in solution design;
• Analyze proposals and technical documentation to understand the agreed scope, flagging any inconsistencies and/or questions;
• Participate in project kickoff meetings with the Sales team, discussing designs, project management and implementation;
• Attend client meetings at project start to present next steps, phases and other details of the services to be performed;
• Plan project implementations, documenting clients' current and target environments, as well as phases and detailed service tasks to be executed;
• Develop tests and prepare project closure documentation describing the implemented solutions to validate the environments and create references for the knowledge base;
• Plan and implement the products, architectures and solutions purchased by clients, supporting the Pre-Sales team in solution design;

• Share knowledge with the team by discussing hands-on implementation experiences to build a common knowledge base;
• Participate in professional development trainings, maintaining active vendor certifications and obtaining new certifications;
• Knowledge of other vendors such as Palo Alto and Check Point is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Networks, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related fields;
• Advanced English and Fortinet certification or Cisco certification (CCNP);
• Deployment and support of Cisco ASA, ISE, Firepower, FireSIGHT, ESA, WSA and Umbrella;
• Deployment and support of FortiManager, FortiGate and FortiAuthenticator;
• Experience with Netskope and Zscaler solutions;
• Fortinet NSE7 or NSE9 (preferred).
