Provide counseling and therapy treatment to patients via telemedicine for Community Health Center partners
Use evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma Therapy, Addiction Therapy, ACT, Bereavement/Grief Counseling, etc.) in individual and group settings
Review and sign psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and consents in a timely manner
Maintain clinic records and ensure documentation complies with clinical, contractual, regulatory, and legal requirements
Conduct crisis intervention based on individual safety plans
Participate in regular case planning with multidisciplinary teams
Participate in individual and group supervision and ongoing education to maintain competency
Provide case management services to promote recovery and community reintegration
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Active, unrestricted mental health license in state of primary residence and state of medical services being provided
Clinician must have an active, unrestricted behavioral health license in California
Comfortable working in a remote environment
Patient-first mindset
Ability to sit for extended periods during working hours
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for using a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment
Adequate vision for reading computer screens and documents
Clear verbal and written communication skills for virtual meetings and correspondence
Sufficient hearing ability for participating in phone calls or virtual meetings
Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions with reliable internet connectivity
Willingness to participate in comprehensive background checks and drug screenings
