About the role
- Inhouse ERP Consultant ensuring targeted development of D365 installation and optimizing business processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and project management in a multicultural environment.
Responsibilities
- You act as the first point of contact for our internal business units for all technical and functional questions
- In close coordination with cross-functional teams (Finance, Planning, Procurement, Marketing, Sales) you optimize our business and system processes
- You use your system knowledge to translate business requirements into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
- For change requests, you liaise with our development partners to create functional and technical specifications for enhancements, which you then test and document
- You promote a culture of continuous improvement for systems, processes and applications by providing training and support to improve stakeholders' understanding
- As part of projects, you support business units or take on project management responsibilities yourself
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics / Engineering / Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 3–5 years of experience in (in-house) consulting in the finance area with an ERP system
- Experience in customizing and configuring an ERP system
- Experience or interest in leading (external) teams in projects
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Experience with Jira & Confluence is an advantage
