About the role
- Implementation Consultant role focused on deploying digital solutions in public administration. Involves training, support, and coordination with municipal clients for effective management implementation.
Responsibilities
- Implement the IPM Digital Government solution suite in municipal public bodies, following business rules and the client's requirements.
- Provide training to new users, considering their respective responsibilities;
- Verify the results of migrations and configurations performed, correcting or completing them as necessary with the client's participation;
- Provide customer/user support during system implementation, guiding them on proper system operation;
- Monitor the implementation process, resolving issues and answering questions.
Requirements
- Degree in Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Experience with public tenders and public procurement, typically involving work in the public sector or companies that handle bids.
- Comfortable with technology;
- Availability for frequent travel.
