About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support during installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of equipment;
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure effective integration between systems and platforms;
- Perform testing and validations to ensure full functionality and performance of deployed systems;
- Document implementation processes by creating guides and support materials, and provide training when necessary;
- Identify opportunities to improve integration processes, proposing innovative solutions for optimization;
- Support the customer base remotely or on-site, ensuring the proper operation of contracted products and services in line with the value proposition.
Requirements
- Availability to work from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM;
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress);
- Strong communication skills;
- Comfortable working collaboratively;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines;
- Experience supporting internal and external customers;
- Active Category B driver's license (CNH);
- Own vehicle (car).
