About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop a software prototype for surgical planning using preoperative 3D CT images
  • Develop machine learning algorithms to analyze clinical data
  • Create predictive models to assist physicians
  • Contribute to the design and development of image processing and visualization libraries in C++
  • Integrate and validate these C++ libraries with surgeons
  • Develop deep learning algorithms for image classification, CT segmentation, and surgical decision support
  • Improve visualization methods using point cloud and mesh processing algorithms.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • More than 2 years of experience in C++ development using libraries for image processing, mesh processing, and 3D visualization
  • Strong industry experience, including development, integration, testing, and deployment
  • Experience with a continuous integration system and Git
  • Knowledge of deep learning for classification and segmentation (ResNet18, UNet, etc.) and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
