About the role
- Configure SailPoint ISC through Terraform
- Manage connectors and integrate with external systems
- Use Azure DevOps and Terraform to deploy ISC
- Write Java (BeanShell) rules (e.g., Before-provisioning rules)
- Create JSON-based transform rules for attribute mapping
- Define workflows for identity lifecycle management
- Work closely with SailPoint and other stakeholders
- Manage tickets with SailPoint support
- Document configurations and perform integration testing
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Practical expertise with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and IdentityNow (including Sources, Connectors, workflows)
- Solid grasp of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), including provisioning, access reviews, certifications, and RBAC
- Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and system integrations (cloud + on-prem, APIs)
- Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, JSON, and Terraform
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and Agile development
- Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills (English)
- A proactive mindset with a passion for IAM as a driver of business value.
