About the role

  • Responsible for day-to-day operation of human resources for ACCORDS.
  • Oversees hiring, termination, funding distribution changes and leave reporting.
  • Ensures compliance with rules and regulations of the SOM, ACCORDS, and University.
  • Manages recruitment, offboarding, payroll processing, and leave management.
  • Provides customer service and maintains relationships between departments and SOM HR.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, business administration or a directly related field from an accredited institution.
  • 4 years of extensive, diverse and progressively responsible human resources experience.
  • SHRM or PHR Certification (preferred).
  • Experience working in an academic and/or healthcare environment (preferred).
  • Experience interpreting policies and procedures (preferred).
