Responsibilities
Responsible for day-to-day operation of human resources for ACCORDS.
Oversees hiring, termination, funding distribution changes and leave reporting.
Ensures compliance with rules and regulations of the SOM, ACCORDS, and University.
Manages recruitment, offboarding, payroll processing, and leave management.
Provides customer service and maintains relationships between departments and SOM HR.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, business administration or a directly related field from an accredited institution.
4 years of extensive, diverse and progressively responsible human resources experience.
SHRM or PHR Certification (preferred).
Experience working in an academic and/or healthcare environment (preferred).
Experience interpreting policies and procedures (preferred).
