Responsibilities
Set up a basic HR metrics system (e.g., turnover, internal fill rate, sick leave/absenteeism)
Create initial HR reports to present employee data and relevant KPIs
Develop a recruiting dashboard to monitor processes and identify areas for optimization
Assist in building early-warning systems to identify critical staffing needs and turnover risks
Support the execution of initial market benchmarking
Provide data-driven support to the HR team and management for strategic personnel decisions
Requirements
Completed degree in business, psychology, HR, data analytics, or a comparable qualification with initial professional experience in HR or data analysis
Some experience working with HR data, producing reports, and using basic analytical tools
Interest in working with HR data and a basic understanding of analytical evaluations
Fundamental knowledge of modern HR metrics and their relevance to personnel management
Structured, independent working style and willingness to learn and engage with new topics
Strong communication skills and the ability to present simple data analyses and results clearly
