Requirements

- Some experience working with HR data, producing reports, and using basic analytical tools
- Interest in working with HR data and a basic understanding of analytical evaluations
- Fundamental knowledge of modern HR metrics and their relevance to personnel management
- Structured, independent working style and willingness to learn and engage with new topics
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present simple data analyses and results clearly
