About the role

  • HR Controller developing HR analytics and recruiting dashboards at a dynamic company. Involves strategic support for HR teams and management decisions with emphasis on data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Set up a basic HR metrics system (e.g., turnover, internal fill rate, sick leave/absenteeism)
  • Create initial HR reports to present employee data and relevant KPIs
  • Develop a recruiting dashboard to monitor processes and identify areas for optimization
  • Assist in building early-warning systems to identify critical staffing needs and turnover risks
  • Support the execution of initial market benchmarking
  • Provide data-driven support to the HR team and management for strategic personnel decisions

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business, psychology, HR, data analytics, or a comparable qualification with initial professional experience in HR or data analysis
  • Some experience working with HR data, producing reports, and using basic analytical tools
  • Interest in working with HR data and a basic understanding of analytical evaluations
  • Fundamental knowledge of modern HR metrics and their relevance to personnel management
  • Structured, independent working style and willingness to learn and engage with new topics
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present simple data analyses and results clearly
  • Team-oriented working style with a desire to actively contribute in a dynamic environment
