About the role

  • Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Gather and interpret customer feedback, market trends, and usage analytics.
  • Analyse and report on feature usage and performance metrics to guide product improvements.
  • Translate product insights into actionable requirements for the development team.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Coordinate and oversee product release activities to ensure smooth, timely, and reliable deployments.
  • Manage the Beta testing program (known as LEAP First) to gather feedback, track issues, and evaluate feature readiness.
  • Oversee the Escalations team, ensuring critical client issues are triaged, prioritised, and resolved.
  • Oversee product documentation, release notes, and Help Centre content.
  • Support marketing and customer success teams with product knowledge and communication.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the Global Chief Product Officer and regional Product Managers.
  • Continuously monitor competitor products and emerging market trends.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a manager in a software or SaaS company; experience in Product Management preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience presenting product insights based on statistical data.
  • Working knowledge of AWS infrastructure and cloud-based software delivery.
  • Proven ability to manage product documentation or online knowledge bases.
  • Experience working within agile development environments.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Jira Plans, Confluence, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
