- Lead, mentor, and develop the Product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Coordinate and oversee product release activities to ensure smooth, timely, and reliable deployments.
- Manage the Beta testing program (known as LEAP First) to gather feedback, track issues, and evaluate feature readiness.
- Oversee the Escalations team, ensuring critical client issues are triaged, prioritised, and resolved.
- Oversee product documentation, release notes, and Help Centre content.
- Support marketing and customer success teams with product knowledge and communication.
- Conduct regular meetings with the Global Chief Product Officer and regional Product Managers.
- Continuously monitor competitor products and emerging market trends.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a manager in a software or SaaS company; experience in Product Management preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and experience presenting product insights based on statistical data.
- Working knowledge of AWS infrastructure and cloud-based software delivery.
- Proven ability to manage product documentation or online knowledge bases.
- Experience working within agile development environments.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Jira Plans, Confluence, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
