Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration or IT with a focus on product development / product management
- Relevant professional and leadership experience in product management or a comparable role
- Deep knowledge of software/product development, particularly in the context of statutory health insurers
- Relevant certifications in agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and integration skills
- Sound judgment and forward-looking decision-making ability
