About the role

  • Partner with VP of Sales & Business Development to lead technical engagements in complex sales cycles
  • Serve as the bridge between Microamp’s engineering, R&D and commercial teams
  • Lead technical engagements with partners, prospects and customers showcasing how Microamp’s 5G mmWave solutions deliver tangible value in industrial, defense and enterprise use cases
  • Serve as primary technical advisor during prospect and customer engagements—from discovery to proposal, demo and POCs
  • Demonstrate Microamp’s 5G mmWave unique value proposition for private mobile networks and FWA
  • Craft and deliver high‑impact presentations, live demos, and technical workshops
  • Develop compelling technical proposals, ROI analyses, and POCs aligned to verticals like logistics, industrial automation, defense, education, and public sector
  • Support partner and integrator engagements and provide them with deployment guidance
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to tailor technical solutions and provide market feedback, influencing our roadmap
  • Track market trends, competitive positioning, and user needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years in pre-sales engineering or presales management, ideally in telecom, wireless, or network infrastructure environments
  • Hands‑on knowledge of 5G NR, mmWave, RF fundamentals, and network deployment cycles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to translate technical features into business value
  • Strong interpersonal aptitude for client relationships and supporting cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in demonstration platforms, POC setups
  • Readiness to travel
  • Strong curiosity about emerging technologies such as 5G, satellite communications, artificial intelligence, defense systems and advanced connectivity
  • Excellent speaking & writing skills in English; ideally native or near-native; 2nd language is a plus
  • Preferred: experience in verticals Microamp serves (logistics, defense, manufacturing, mobile operators, research, smart infrastructure)
  • Location: EU - in a country where 5G mmWave is planned to take off (UK, Germany, Spain, France, etc)
