- Head of Information Security Management leading the vision and strategy for Security at carmasec. Managing team development and coordinating projects within the Cyber Security industry.
Responsibilities
- Your goal is to make the Information Security Management area at carmasec future-proof and commercially successful.
- At the same time, you promote the professional development of employees and ensure revenue targets are met.
- You develop the vision and strategy for your area.
- You are responsible for the Information Security Management portfolio at carmasec.
- You work with executive management to develop strategies for the company's long-term success.
- You coordinate content for external communication with stakeholders such as Marketing and Sales.
- You define methodological frameworks for customer projects.
- You keep an overview of ongoing projects and the professional expertise of employees in the area.
- You decide on the personnel development of the area.
- You are responsible for revenue planning of the area.
- You decide on strategic partnerships and the professional training of employees.
- You prioritize projects and ensure the strategic alignment in line with the company’s objectives.
