About the role
- Senior Security Engineer developing and enhancing security infrastructure for Bank Frick, a pioneer in blockchain banking. Responsible for managing security processes and collaborating with IT teams.
Responsibilities
- Operation and further development of the security infrastructure, including SOC/SIEM platforms (on-premises and cloud-based)
- Implementation, administration and hardening of central security solutions, in particular Microsoft Purview (DLP), Defender and Microsoft 365 components
- Vulnerability management, including conducting vulnerability analyses and penetration tests, as well as tracking and implementing mitigation measures
- Participation in ISMS, DORA and governance topics and definition of technical security controls
- Support with risk and due-diligence assessments
- Close collaboration with IT Operations, System Engineering and Risk Management to ensure a holistic security approach
Requirements
- Completed education in computer science and/or an equivalent qualification with a focus on IT security
- Several years of experience in cybersecurity or IT infrastructure with solid knowledge in network security, firewalls, web application security and SIEM
- Deep practical experience with Microsoft security technologies such as Defender XDR, Sentinel, Intune and Purview
- Knowledge of DLP, EDR, IAM and cloud security solutions
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and frameworks such as ISO 27001, DORA and EBA guidelines
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Very good German and English skills (C1/C2)
