About the role

  • Develop and execute integrated brand and marketing strategies, campaigns, and communications that build impactful experiences and reinforce our values and culture
  • Ensure global consistency with local relevance across all markets and channels
  • Oversee all partnerships, creative expression, brand tools, governance, and manage the central brand budget
  • Lead the complete brand experience across our 'Spiritual Homes' (cafés)
  • Responsible for defining the look, feel, and function of these spaces
  • Oversee new site frameworks, site refreshes, menus, and the coffee program to ensure a consistent, exceptional delivery of global hospitality guidelines that drive growth and deep customer connection
  • Drive customer loyalty and retention by enhancing brand value, leading communications for Allpress and Underground, and generating new wholesale enquiries
  • Combine creativity and entrepreneurial thinking with data-driven insights to inform decisions and deliver meaningful customer experiences
  • Authentic leadership, coaching, and mentoring of our graphic designers whilst supporting our regional brand teams
  • Track, measure, and report on brand health metrics to inform strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations and activations

Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience in senior brand, marketing, or communication roles
  • Proven track record of building and executing brand strategies across multiple markets (ideally global or multi-market)
  • Strength in creative direction, brand identity, and design oversight, with experience leading creative teams and managing external agencies
  • Confidence leading hospitality, spatial, or experiential brand environments (physical spaces)
  • Experience building integrated communications and content strategies across owned, earned, and paid channels
  • Exceptional people leader, coach, and mentor with strong stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
