- Professional and disciplinary leadership of the accounting team
- Responsibility for the efficient and smooth execution of all financial accounting processes

- Timely preparation and review of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Continuous optimization and further development of accounting processes
Requirements
- University degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing accounting teams
- Strong practical knowledge of accounting under HGB, basic knowledge of IFRS accounting and willingness to pursue further training; Bilanzbuchhalter (certified accounting specialist) or equivalent qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory
- High level of initiative, strong analytical skills and a structured working style
- Business-fluent German and ideally good written and spoken English
