Responsibilities
Closely collaborate with customers and development department
Identification and elimination of problems with Li-ion batteries and chargers directly at the customer's site in Europe as well as worldwide.
Carrying out detailed diagnostics and providing 3rd level support for the electronics of the batteries and chargers.
Close cooperation with the development department to develop solutions for complex technical challenges.
Advice and support for customer service on technical issues.
Testing and validating technical solutions directly at the customer's site.
Working with quality and customer service departments to ensure the highest standards.
Preparation of detailed technical reports and documentation of analysis results.
Requirements
Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable field.
Several years of professional experience in electronics development and troubleshooting, ideally with Li-ion batteries and chargers.
In-depth knowledge of electronics development, especially battery technology and chargers, as well as fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English. German is a plus.
High willingness to travel, mainly within Europe but also worldwide.
