- Closely collaborate with customers and development department
- Identification and elimination of problems with Li-ion batteries and chargers directly at the customer's site in Europe as well as worldwide.
- Carrying out detailed diagnostics and providing 3rd level support for the electronics of the batteries and chargers.
- Close cooperation with the development department to develop solutions for complex technical challenges.
- Advice and support for customer service on technical issues.
- Testing and validating technical solutions directly at the customer's site.
- Working with quality and customer service departments to ensure the highest standards.
- Preparation of detailed technical reports and documentation of analysis results.
Requirements
- Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable field.
- Several years of professional experience in electronics development and troubleshooting, ideally with Li-ion batteries and chargers.
- In-depth knowledge of electronics development, especially battery technology and chargers, as well as fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English. German is a plus.
- High willingness to travel, mainly within Europe but also worldwide.
