About the role
- Design and implement technical growth experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization funnels.
- Build and maintain event tracking systems to capture and analyze user interactions within the platform.
- Leverage frontend (Next.js) and backend (Go) technologies to build, test, and optimize features impacting key growth metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to identify growth opportunities and implement technical solutions.
- Move quickly to validate or invalidate hypotheses with minimal viable implementations.
- Monitor and analyze user behavior to inform product decisions and growth strategies.
- Turn insights into actionable code that drives measurable business results.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on growth, product, or full-stack development.
- Experience with Next.js, React, and modern frontend development practices.
- Proficiency in backend development with Go and RESTful API design.
- Experience implementing and analyzing A/B tests and growth experiments.
- Strong understanding of event tracking, analytics, and data-driven decision making.
- Experience with funnel optimization and conversion rate improvements.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on metrics and measurable results.
- Willingness to experiment and learn from both successes and failures.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and SQL.
- (Nice-to-have) Experience with growth initiatives in SaaS businesses.
- (Nice-to-have) Knowledge of user acquisition strategies and marketing attribution models.
- (Nice-to-have) Experience implementing multi-touch attribution and marketing optimization.
