About the role

  • Participate in a two-year Engineering Graduate Programme with six-month rotations across departments
  • Complete a comprehensive induction and engage in hands-on projects
  • Work on projects that help keep the nation’s infrastructure connected and secure 24/7
  • Receive mentorship and guidance toward professional development and IET accreditation
  • Split work between office, home, and site environments (hybrid)
  • Tackle engineering tasks, take ownership of projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • Minimum of a 2:2 Honours Degree in a relevant STEM subject (Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Networking, Cyber Security, Electronics, IT etc.) achieved within the last two years
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Office
  • A knack for solving complex problems
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Self-motivation and ability to thrive under pressure
  • Right to work in the UK for the duration of the employment contract (no visa sponsorship)
  • Pre-employment security clearance and screening
