Participate in a three-year graduate programme with three 12-month rotations across Intelligence, Security & Crisis Management (ISC)
Work within one of ISC areas: Intelligence & International Advisory, Crisis and Continuity Management, or Security
Support Political Risk Management, geopolitical intelligence, commercially focused intelligence, strategic cyber intelligence, and insider risk (I&IA)
Support crisis response, business continuity programs, response exercises and bp’s risk management process (C&CM)
Provide specialist physical security advice, support development of security plans and policies, and assist with security incidents and projects (Security)
Help respond to bp customer needs and build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Collaborate across functions, segments and teams to deliver solutions and work on projects
Support team performance and contribute to maintaining performance for bp as a company
Take part in additional activities such as community initiatives and bp Business Resourcing Groups
Requirements
Be in your final year of study and be on track for a 2:1, or have completed your degree with a 2:1

Strong spoken and written English language skills, including business and technical English (language skills will be assessed throughout the recruitment process)
Availability to attend in-person Exploration Days (bp will cover reasonable travel and accommodation costs)

Starting Salary: £37,100 per annum
Discretionary, performance related, annual bonus
