Responsibilities
Lead and drive the strategic growth agenda across key global markets for a large FMCG customer
Deliver innovative, sustainable, and shopper-centric design and activation solutions
Act as the lead interface between external senior stakeholders and internal teams
Ensure excellence in execution, strategic alignment, and measurable impact across all in-store marketing and Point-of-Sale (POS) initiatives
Shape the ‘Future of POS’ by connecting local market insights with central strategy
Directly manage and influence two Regional POS Design & Innovation Leads
Requirements
Demonstrable experience in POS Management, Brand Marketing, or Sales Management, preferably within an FMCG or agency environment
Formal business-related qualification or degree in Commerce, Marketing, or Sales Management - desirable
Demonstrated strategic leadership with the ability to translate commercial opportunities into effective creative shopper marketing campaigns or plans
Comprehensive understanding of Brand/Shopper strategy and the full range of design, engineering, and display fabrication processes
Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with experience in interpreting and packaging strategic presentations for senior global stakeholders
A results-driven, pragmatic, and service-focused attitude, committed to delivering value and excellence across Sustainability, Design, and Innovation
A creative flair with the ability to inject a vibrant character into the role
Expert use of Word, PowerPoint, Internet applications, and social media platforms
Fluent English is essential, with additional languages being desirable
