Responsibilities
- Mantener la correcta gestión de sus proyectos de acuerdo a las definiciones de la Metodología de Proyectos de SEK – MPSEK.
- Planificar y comunicar adecuadamente sus proyectos a la institución y al cliente
- Mantener comunicación y coordinación eficaz con los clientes y recursos internos de la compañía.
- Escalar y gestionar oportunamente los riesgos detectadas en la implementación de los proyectos, y hacer seguimiento efectivo al Plan de Gestión de Riesgos.
- Resguardar mantener los costos estimados en los proyectos, levantando las alertas oportunas ante situaciones que comprometan dichos costos.
- Controlar la facturación e ingresos asociados a los proyectos asignados para mantener un estado financiero sano.
- Mantener el adecuado registro de sus proyectos y debidamente actualizado en las herramientas establecidas, de tal manera que reflejen efectivamente el real estado de sus proyectos.
- Analizar la información extraída de los distintos sistemas para proveer indicadores del estado de proyectos a las distintas áreas interesadas.
Requirements
- Ingeniería de Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica, Industrial, Administrador o carrera afín.
- Conocimientos nivel alto en Microsoft 365, Microsoft Project, PowerBI.
- Certificación PMP vigente.
- Inglés medio. Dominio de inglés (intermedio) Deseable Idioma Portugués.
- Dominio alto en Microsoft 365, Microsoft Project, PowerBI.
- Sólidos conocimientos en ciberseguridad.
- Certificaciones PMP vigente. (excluyente)
