- Act as the Managing Director of the local entity in Benelux
Requirements
- Progressive commercial experience including a sales leadership background within largescale, international B2B organizations
- Demonstrated track record of driving commercial growth with a focus on customer acquisition, market share expansion and operating margins
- Seasoned leader and a ‘manager of managers’, ideally on a national scale, providing inspiration, coaching and mentorship to leaders
- Has both strategic and tactical capabilities, can analyze the market, competitors and company strengths and weaknesses while designing winning commercial strategies
- Strong operational and analytical mindset. Comfortable managing a complex, high-performance and KPI-driven business with a strong focus on data, reporting and continuous improvement
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills (speaks fluent English and ideally also Dutch. French would be advantageous)
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or Masters preferred.
