About the role

  • Manage the accounting for our two operating companies in Australia
  • Handle customer and supplier transactions
  • Monitor cash flow and perform daily bank entries
  • Support preparation of tax and social security filings in partnership with an Australian external accountant
  • Perform annual close in collaboration with management control, the Australian external accountant and the management team based in Australia
  • Participate in any tax inspections or audits
  • Provide support to other team members for the group’s other entities when needed

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in accounting, or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent command of English and French
  • Experience with various accounting systems (Xero, BOB are a plus) and strong ability to learn and adapt to digital tools
  • Detail-oriented and efficient in data entry
  • Able to work independently
  • Team player
  • Ability to think critically about your work
  • Desire to grow and learn
