Responsibilities
Manage the accounting for our two operating companies in Australia
Handle customer and supplier transactions
Monitor cash flow and perform daily bank entries
Support preparation of tax and social security filings in partnership with an Australian external accountant
Perform annual close in collaboration with management control, the Australian external accountant and the management team based in Australia
Participate in any tax inspections or audits
Provide support to other team members for the group’s other entities when needed
Requirements
Degree or diploma in accounting, or equivalent experience
3–5 years of relevant work experience
Excellent command of English and French
Experience with various accounting systems (Xero, BOB are a plus) and strong ability to learn and adapt to digital tools
Detail-oriented and efficient in data entry
Able to work independently
Team player
Ability to think critically about your work
