About the role

  • You handle the administration of funding for our renewable heating networks
  • You are responsible for preparing and submitting funding applications, preparing funding utilization reports, and processing enquiries and clarifications, acting as the central point of contact for the departments involved
  • You advise and support colleagues in projects throughout the entire project lifecycle with regard to optimal use of funding and compliance with funding regulations — from the initial concept through commissioning to the disbursement of funds
  • You keep track of new and updated funding programmes and legislation
  • You stay informed about ongoing political and policy developments

Requirements

  • Ideally, you have commercial training or a degree with initial professional experience in a similar area
  • You have a commercial/business understanding, strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, and a quick grasp of new topics
  • You work independently and proactively while being careful and detail-oriented
  • You are able to coordinate and structure numerous project stakeholders and tightly scheduled timelines
  • Ideally, you have experience applying for funding and working with legal/regulatory texts
