About the role
- Fullstack Developer tasked with enhancing functionalities in Silae's HR SaaS products. Collaborating in a hybrid environment to design and implement new features and improve UI/UX.
Responsibilities
- Participer à la conception et à l’implémentation des nouvelles fonctionnalités
- Collaborer étroitement avec le PM, le Tech Lead et les autres membres de l’équipe
- Contribuer à l’amélioration continue de l’UI/UX
- Qualifications/ tests des évolutions
- Être force de proposition sur les choix techniques et fonctionnels
Requirements
- Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en développement
- Excellente connaissances sur les frameworks .NET, VueJS (idéalement Vue 3) / HTML5 / CSS3 / TypeScript
- Maîtrise du développement frontend moderne
- Maitrise des concepts de CI/CD
- Bonne connaissance des bonnes pratiques UI/UX
- Autonomie et capacité à travailler en équipe
- Appétence pour les sujets métier (RH, paie, CSE)
- Amateur des environnements Agile (Lean Kanban, Scrum)
- Expérience Produits SaaS RH, Recrutement et/ou Paie (Nice to have)
- Gestion de projet (Nice to have)
- Connaissance de l'environnement Azure devOps (Nice to have)
- Compétences fullstack .NET ou à minima une bonne compréhension du backend .NET pour être autonome en phase de conception (Bonus)
- Profil Angular expérimenté prêt à migrer vers Vue.js (accompagnement et formation prévus) (Bonus)
