About the role
- Full Stack Developer role for a growing tech company developing IoT and communication platforms. Involving end-to-end development and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end development of IoT and communication applications — from concept to deployment
- Backend development in Go. Building robust, high-performance services using the Chi framework
- Frontend development with HTMX and Templ. Creating interactive user interfaces
- Database modeling, queries, and optimization with PostgreSQL
- Ensuring code quality through reviews, unit and integration tests, and best practices
- Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitLab
- Contributing to architectural decisions and technology selection
- Debugging, bug fixes, and performance tuning
- Close collaboration with the Product Owner and other developers
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in full-stack development
- Strong knowledge of Go, HTMX, and Templ or comparable Go template engines
- Solid database skills (PostgreSQL)
- Proficient with Git and CI/CD (GitLab preferred)
- Understanding of software architectures (microservices or structured monoliths)
- Solution-oriented working style, team player, strong communication skills
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Nice-to-haves: experience with Docker or cloud infrastructures (Hetzner, AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Knowledge of test automation and performance optimization
- Experience working in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban)
