About the role

  • Contribute to the definition and maintenance of system design and architecture standards
  • Work on both server-side and client-side parts of products as a member of the Enterprise Architecture team
  • Implement complex backend systems and APIs and develop front-end code, prioritizing readability, refactoring, clean code and programming best practices
  • Perform technical, functional and non-functional analyses of high-complexity solutions
  • Promote practices to reduce technical debt and encourage code reuse across products
  • Produce necessary application documentation
  • Help build a high-performance, secure operational infrastructure
  • Make technical decisions in alignment with the team, clients and stakeholders
  • Install, configure and update environments and tools
  • Identify, report and fix issues that may compromise deliveries
  • Support, when necessary, the design and implementation of the User Experience, actively collaborating with the Product Design team
  • Follow Agile development best practices, collaborating with Technical Leadership
  • Follow Secure Development best practices, collaborating with Technical Leadership
  • Adopt scalable development approaches when possible, using reusable code libraries
  • Work as part of a team, coordinating activities with other team members to facilitate on-time, high-quality product deliveries
  • Plan project resources together with the Delivery (development) teams
  • Review, validate, test and properly document your own code and the code of others
  • Ensure code reviews of other developers, searching for bugs and optimization opportunities to make the team’s work more efficient
  • Continuously look for ways to make your work and the team’s work more agile, secure, simpler and faster
  • Actively participate in defining and refining development efforts
  • Be responsible for your own organization, using soft skills to help teams work in harmony
  • Actively support and participate in improving DevOps processes
  • Mentor less experienced developers, contributing to the professional growth of the whole team

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript and React
  • Experience with Node.js, React or Angular
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and authentication (OAuth2, Basic Auth)
  • Experience in process automation (RPA, SOAR)
  • Experience with cloud security, preferably Azure and AWS
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases
  • Knowledge of ITIL methodology
  • Good knowledge of Git and containers
  • Technical English
