About the role
- Work across both the frontend and backend of our AI-powered insights platform, building new features, fixing bugs, and helping us scale the product.
- Develop and maintain our platform (frontend and backend).
- Write clean, maintainable code with guidance from senior engineers.
- Help design and implement new features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure reliability, scalability, and security.
- Learn new tools and technologies; gain exposure to modern technologies, cloud infrastructure, and AI integrations with mentorship and guidance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the field
- Advanced knowledge of Javascript and Typescript
- Experienced in React and Node.js frameworks
- Familiar with NoSQL database such as MongoDB
- Developed projects using Large Language Models (LLM)
- Must be UK-based with valid residence and work rights; sponsorship is not available for this role
- Bonus: Experience with microservices, message queues, or websockets
- Bonus: Knowledge of caching strategies (Redis) or API optimization
- Bonus: Interest in AI/ML APIs, chatbots, or LLM-based applications
- Bonus: Experience in a startup or small-team environment
