About the role

Senior Full-Stack Engineer responsible for AI/ML-enabled platform application development at score4more. Focusing on building front-end and cloud-native backend while incorporating customer feedback and data analysis.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for building our AI/ML-enabled platform application front end and cloud-native back end, incorporating continuous customer feedback, data analysis, and product requirements.
AI/ML development and platform integration: drive the embedding of AI/ML models and data analytics into the platform.
Software development: build and optimize the front end and back end to ensure a seamless user experience and scalable performance.
DevOps & Automation: implement CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure provisioning, and improve deployment processes.
API & system design: develop APIs, design scalable event-driven systems, and integrate third-party services.
Collaboration & code quality: work closely with designers to deliver an intuitive UI, contribute to knowledge sharing, and maintain clean, test-driven code.

Full-Stack expertise (4+ years): strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React for front-end development, and Python for back-end development.
Data & AI/ML (2+ years): hands-on experience with data analytics, machine learning, NLP, and large language models (LLMs), including RAG, chunking, and fine-tuning.
Agile methodologies: proficient in Scrum and Kanban for efficient project delivery.
Modern web development: solid understanding of frameworks, libraries, and scalable architectures.
Test-Driven Development: committed to writing clean, well-structured, and well-tested code.
Continuous learning & adaptability: stay up to date with industry trends, contribute to open-source, and embrace change.
Strong communication & teamwork: effective working in remote-first, distributed teams with a collaborative mindset.
Start-up experience: experience in early-stage environments, building structures and strategies from scratch.
Language skills: excellent English proficiency.
