About the role

• Frontend Engineer at Haiilo leading migration from AngularJS to React. Building user-facing features that enhance employee advocacy and engagement within diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Help lead and complete our migration from AngularJS to React and shaping the future of our platform architecture
• Build and evolve user-facing features using React and TypeScript, applying best practices in modular and component-based design
• Develop micro frontend components that integrate seamlessly with the rest of our platform
• Partner with designers and product managers to bring user needs to life through elegant, high-impact features
• Write clean, reliable code supported by robust testing and peer reviews
• Contribute to Shape Up planning cycles, helping define both what we build and how we deliver it

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building modern web applications in a product-driven environment
• Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript / JavaScript
• Experience working with or designing micro frontend architectures
• A pragmatic mindset, balancing technical quality with delivery impact
• Curiosity and adaptability: maybe you’ve touched AngularJS, maybe not, but you’re not afraid of legacy code when it leads to progress
