- End-to-end AI development: designing, implementing, and deploying core AI systems that drive our product.

- Collaboration with the founders: close alignment with the founding team to connect technical priorities with product and business strategy.
- Scalability & reliability: ensuring systems are scalable, compliant, and performant in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience developing production software (ideally Python, TypeScript, Next.js, Postgres, Docker, Azure).
- Expertise in AI engineering (e.g., Conversational AI, Agentic AI, RAG, data pipelines).
- Experience with cloud-native development and architecture.
- Ability to design architectures and deliver complex code to production.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: willingness to take ownership, build things from 0 → 1, and make pragmatic decisions.
- Minimum B2 German language skills.
