About the role
- Founding Fullstack Engineer helping to build a protocol for private, intent-driven discovery at Index Network. Shaping architecture, prototyping features, and integrating systems across frontend and backend.
Responsibilities
- Building and scaling our Next.js + React frontend (with Tailwind, Radix UI, and Ant Design)
- Designing and implementing Express + TypeScript APIs backed by Postgres (via Drizzle ORM) and Redis
- Prototyping real-time, event-driven features that support intent-driven discovery
- Developing SDKs and services that external developers can use
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of hands-on TypeScript experience across frontend and backend
- Strong with Next.js/React (hooks, state, performance, component design)
- Solid backend experience with Express, Postgres (SQL/ORMs), and Redis
- Comfortable with DevOps basics (Docker, CI/CD, cloud infra like AWS)
- Proficient with Git, Unix, and modern dev environments
- Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and love shipping quickly.
