About the role

• Founding Fullstack Engineer helping to build a protocol for private, intent-driven discovery at Index Network. Shaping architecture, prototyping features, and integrating systems across frontend and backend.

Responsibilities

• Building and scaling our Next.js + React frontend (with Tailwind, Radix UI, and Ant Design)
• Designing and implementing Express + TypeScript APIs backed by Postgres (via Drizzle ORM) and Redis
• Prototyping real-time, event-driven features that support intent-driven discovery
• Developing SDKs and services that external developers can use

Requirements

• Have 3+ years of hands-on TypeScript experience across frontend and backend
• Strong with Next.js/React (hooks, state, performance, component design)
• Solid backend experience with Express, Postgres (SQL/ORMs), and Redis
• Comfortable with DevOps basics (Docker, CI/CD, cloud infra like AWS)
• Proficient with Git, Unix, and modern dev environments
• Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and love shipping quickly.
