About the role
- Infrastructure Engineer deploying and managing Teleskope’s software across various cloud and on-premise scenarios. Collaborating with customers to ensure effective solutions and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead single-tenant deployments across various clouds and compute configurations.
- Interface with customers to understand their unique requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.
- Monitor and improve key service metrics like availability, scalability, latency, and health across all customer deployments
- Provide technical troubleshooting support for customer production issues ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
- Become a go-to resource for fine tuning our application for a variety of NVIDIA GPUs across multiple clouds.
- Occasionally travel to work on site with a customer.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience deploying, managing, and operating scalable infrastructure in AWS, Azure and other public clouds
- Experienced using Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform
- A basic understanding of networking especially in a cloud or hybrid environment
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language
- Solid knowledge of Linux internals
- Able to troubleshoot issues and demonstrate a methodical approach to root cause analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail
- BS/BA in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Must be based in NYC (we work hybrid)
