About the role
- Accountant handling domestic and international invoices in a digital workflow system for a major ICT solutions provider. Collaborating on monthly and annual financial closing tasks along with regular accounting duties.
Responsibilities
- Verantwortung der in- und ausländischen Eingangsrechnungen im elektronischen Rechnungs-Work-Flow-System unter Beachtung umsatzsteuerlicher Kriterien
- Prüfung und Buchung der Eingangsrechnungen im SAP-System
- Regelmäßige Kontenabstimmungen, Mahnwesen, Stammdatenpflege
- Durchführung von Intercompanyabstimmungen, Umsatzsteuer- und Intrastatmeldungen
- Mitwirkung bei Monats-, Quartals und Jahresabschlussarbeiten nach HGB
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei den täglich anfallenden Aufgaben innerhalb der Buchhaltung
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, wünschenswert SAP S4/HANA
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Arbeit im Team
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
