About the role

  • Prepare and analyze Income Statements (DRE), focusing on gross margin, operating margin and profitability by business line;
  • Conduct actual vs. budget variance analyses, explaining deviations and proposing action plans;
  • Support the preparation and review of the annual budget, forecasts and medium- and long-term financial projections;
  • Process and reconcile financial and operational datasets to ensure consistency and data integrity;
  • Support strategic decisions through scenario simulations and sensitivity analyses;
  • Work in partnership with Controllership, Commercial and Operations to identify opportunities to improve margins and cost efficiency;
  • Generate financial insights that support the sustainable growth of the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields;
  • Experience in FP&A, Controlling or Financial Analysis (minimum 2 years);
  • Strong knowledge of income statement (DRE), cost structure and contribution margin;
  • Advanced Excel (modeling, automation and dashboards);
  • Experience with databases and BI tools (Power BI, SQL or similar);
  • Good communication, collaborative profile and business acumen;
  • Experience in mid-to-large companies, retail, manufacturing or services is desirable.
