About the role

  • Build comprehensive and complex financial models covering operations, capital structure, working capital and full financial statements
  • Develop quality of earnings databooks and reports to normalize earnings and provide assurance during M&A
  • Conduct in-depth market, industry and company research and develop decks and reports for business plans, valuations and analyses
  • Develop financial/data analyses using data from accounting, operational, HR systems and web databases
  • Develop and implement dynamic spreadsheet tools for diverse client needs
  • Build automated KPI dashboards that analyze financial and operational data to inform finance strategy
  • Assist with proposals, marketing materials, white papers, blogs and dissemination of marketing materials as required
  • Collaborate with the consulting team and support client deliverables with minimal oversight

Requirements

  • 2nd year students and above enrolled in a business program
  • Strong computer literacy with emphasis on advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with spreadsheets are highly desirable
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL or MySQL databases welcomed
  • Programming knowledge (C#, VBA, Python, R, or other) welcomed but not required
  • Intellectual curiosity and passion for learning about new industries and technical skills
  • Ability to take ownership, work independently, and manage time and multiple tasks/deadlines
  • Strong dedication, excellent work ethic, and enthusiasm to go above and beyond for clients
  • Availability for 4-month co-op placements starting Jan/May/Sep 2026
  • Working hours: 40 hours per week
