About the role

  • Participate in the monthly, quarterly and annual preparation of financial statements;
  • Participate in annual budget planning, cost tracking and variance analysis;
  • Provide support to various business lines for financial analysis and data needs;
  • Financial modeling;
  • Prepare R&D tax credit claims and the quarterly provision;
  • Contribute to the preparation of the group's Canadian and U.S. tax filings;
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects within the company;
  • Develop, monitor and test internal controls for a private company.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience within a finance/accounting team
  • Hold a recognized accounting designation (CPA or equivalent Canadian/international credential)
  • Asset: Experience in the technology sector or a related field
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage priorities
  • Flexible team player who is conscientious and determined
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented
  • Rigor / Ethics / Integrity / Confidentiality
  • Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written, to serve our employees and international clients
  • Availability to be on site in Lévis at least 50% of the time to maximize collaboration and synergy.
