About the role
- Supplier onboarding and registration, and organization of the company's financial documentation
- Review and validation of expenses
- Recordings and general queries in accounting systems
- Preparation of payment status reports for suppliers, as well as management of reports received from suppliers
- Communication with our international suppliers
- Support for internal audit processes.
Requirements
- Reside in Rio de Janeiro
- Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Administration, Accounting, or Economics
- Intermediate to advanced English - will be tested
- Intermediate Excel knowledge - a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office - a plus
