Responsibilities
Maintain general ledger and subsidiary ledgers
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS
Perform intercompany reconciliations
Prepare for and support external audits by auditors
Ensure compliance with tax regulations in cooperation with tax advisors
Contribute to the development of planning and control metrics as well as the internal control system
Serve as the subject-matter contact for employees, group companies and the parent company
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration or certified Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK)
At least 3 years' professional experience in financial reporting within an industrial company or as an audit assistant in public accounting
Strong knowledge of HGB and basic knowledge of IFRS
Independent and reliable working style
Fluent German and good English skills
Confident user of standard Microsoft Office applications
