  • Finance Manager leading day-to-day financial operations at CEDAM. Responsible for budget management, reporting and audit processes while ensuring organizational integrity.

Responsibilities

  • lead day-to-day financial operations of the organization
  • report financials to management and the board of directors
  • work through the annual audit
  • manage the organizational budget and forecasting
  • manage systems and review for improvements
  • record all financial transactions through QuickBooks daily
  • prepare monthly financial reports for leadership
  • collaborate with department leads to maintain an ongoing view of the organization’s budget
  • advise leadership regularly on the budget
  • support grant and contract financial component

Requirements

  • Certified Public Accountant
  • 4-year accounting degree
  • 2-5 years accounting experience
  • experience with grant accounting & reporting requirements
  • knowledge of budgeting for an organization
