About the role
- Finance Controller responsible for financial management and reporting in pharmaceutical CDMO. Collaborating to meet strategic objectives in Monheim/Zwickau locations.
Responsibilities
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Monats- und Quartalsberichten sowie Jahresabschlüssen sowie von regelmäßigen Reports für die Geschäftsführung
- Financial Performance Reporting (FPR): Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung des monatlichen FPRs sowie Erarbeitung von Maßnahmen zur Einhaltung des Budgets/ der rollierenden Forecasts
- Kosten- & Investitionscontrolling: Aktives branchenspezifisches Kosten- und Investitionscontrolling; Analyse von Soll/Ist-Abweichungen sowie Koordination/Überwachung gemeinsam erarbeiteter Maßnahmen; Unterstützung bei Investitionsanträgen (z.B. DCF-Kalkulation, Risikoanalysen)
- Unternehmensplanung: Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von mittelfristigen Unternehmens-Liquiditäts- und jährlichen Budgetplanungen/ rollierenden Forecasts
- Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach IFRS und HGB: Bestandsbewertung sowie Durchführung von Abschlussbuchungen im Bereich Vorräte und Rückstellungen; Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer (inkl. interner Audits) und Steuerberater
- Verkaufspreiskalkulation & Profitabilitätsanalyse: Durchführung von und Unterstützung bei Verkaufspreiskalkulationen im Rahmen von RFQs sowie Nachkalkulationen und damit einhergehender Profitabilitätsanalysen
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, eine kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit praktischer Erfahrung im Controlling oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
- Kenntnisse der International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) und der lokalen GAAP (HGB)
- Erfahrungen im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
- Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen, dynamischen Umfeld effektiv zu arbeiten
- Beherrschung von SAP-FI/CO und der Microsoft Office Suite
- Fließendes Englisch
