About the role

• Finance Manager overseeing end-to-end financial operations for LiveLike. Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure financial health and compliance in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all India based financial operations
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger management
• Lead end-to-end payroll operations ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, TDS, and ESIC
• Drive direct and indirect tax filings, reconciliations, and statutory submissions while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Manage consultants, auditors, and liaise with regulatory authorities
• Manage audit readiness and coordinate internal and external audits to ensure timely completion and transparent documentation
• Implement and maintain robust internal financial controls, oversee vendor management, and ensure efficient handling of payments and reimbursements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term projections
• Conduct financial modeling, variance analyses, industry analysis to deliver data-driven insights to support strategic business decisions
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations
• Collaborate with HR and People Ops to align payroll processes with company policies and reporting standards
• Provide business operation and administrative support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (MBA preferred)
• 4–8 years of experience in finance, accounting, and payroll management at a leading firm
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance
• Proven experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software (e.g., Netsuite or similar)
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
