Responsibilities
Deliver top-tier customer service while supporting Everi’s products on-site at casinos
Install, upgrade, and repair gaming and financial equipment
Run diagnostics and resolve issues in the field
Keep devices operating smoothly with proactive check-ins and maintenance
Work both independently and as part of a supportive field team
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming License (Everi helps with the application)
Availability for on-call shifts, including possible OT, weekends, evenings, and holidays
A self-starter mindset—comfortable working solo after training, but collaborative when needed
Basic Excel skills for paperwork and reports
Ability to lift up to 75lbs
