Responsibilities
Active management and expansion of our distribution network in southern Germany (postal code areas 7, 8, 9).
Strengthening relationships with decision-makers at store, regional and national levels through proactive networking.
Acquiring new retail partners and ensuring optimal distribution of our products.
Conducting sales meetings and negotiations with retail decision-makers.
Regular visits to points of sale to ensure product visibility and availability.
Training store sales staff.
Requirements
Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
Strong experience in field sales and retail.
Solid knowledge of the FMCG market in the DACH region.
Experience in pet specialty retail (e.g., pet stores) or selling technically complex/explained products is a plus.
Self-motivation and confident time- and self-management skills.
Fluent German and permanent residence in Germany.
