Responsibilities
Systematic management of your sales territory in East Germany covering the Berlin/Brandenburg and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern regions (postal codes 10–19)
Development of customer-specific solutions and project implementation in passive telecommunications technology within the infrastructure market
Managing relationships with engineering firms, investors, network operators, energy suppliers, construction companies and specialized distributors
Budget planning for your regional sales territory
Consistent market research and identification of market potential
Expansion of the sales territory through acquisition of new customers
Collaboration with internal colleagues in commercial and technical departments and direct reporting line to the Head of Sales Germany
Strengthening and positioning of the expanding sales brand
Requirements
Technical or commercial (trade) training/education or equivalent qualification
Professional experience in the construction sector – ideally in the energy sector or in telecommunications networks / fiber-optic or broadband rollouts
Experience in electronics/IT or with microducts/cable protection is desirable, as is sales experience
Willingness to travel within the regional sales area
Strong sales orientation with a pronounced advisory and customer-focused approach
Determination, initiative, loyalty and strong communication skills
Confident appearance; team player
Proficient in CRM and ERP tools
German language skills at native-speaker level
