Responsibilities
- Perform on-time and accurate Preventative Maintenance in imaging equipment
- Assist experienced field engineers with equipment installation
- Work on troubleshooting and service repair needs on designated equipment
- Communicate with customers for resolution and follow-up
- Partner with customers and recommend value-added services
- Maintain service logs and manage repair parts ordering
- Engage with commercial counterparts and assist with sales opportunities
- Respond to service calls independently within one year of employment
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Imaging experience required
- Experience with Web applications as well as Microsoft suite of products
- Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License
- Willingness to be available "after hours", or work a rotating On-Call schedule, including weekends, for critical issues and coverage, as necessary.
