Prepare, review, and finalise artwork files (FA) to ensure technical accuracy and readiness for production or publishing.
Collaborate closely with designers, marketing managers, and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of assets.
Support ongoing design requests including resizing, layout adjustments, and format adaptations for digital and offline use.
Ensure all outputs meet the brand’s visual standards, compliance requirements, and platform specifications.
Maintain and organise design libraries, templates, and assets for team-wide accessibility and consistency.
Requirements
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in design or FA production, ideally within a marketing agency or in-house creative team.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects or Figma a plus).
Strong understanding of layout, typography, and brand guidelines, with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience working with multimarket or regional creative adaptations is highly preferred.
Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills to cover projects across APAC.
