Responsibilities
- Adapt and localise creative assets (digital, print, social, and campaign materials) across markets while maintaining brand consistency and alignment with global guidelines.
- Prepare, review, and finalise artwork files (FA) to ensure technical accuracy and readiness for production or publishing.
- Collaborate closely with designers, marketing managers, and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Support ongoing design requests including resizing, layout adjustments, and format adaptations for digital and offline use.
- Ensure all outputs meet the brand’s visual standards, compliance requirements, and platform specifications.
- Maintain and organise design libraries, templates, and assets for team-wide accessibility and consistency.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in design or FA production, ideally within a marketing agency or in-house creative team.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects or Figma a plus).
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and brand guidelines, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience working with multimarket or regional creative adaptations is highly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills to cover projects across APAC.
