About the role
- Entgeltabrechner managing payroll processes for a modern energy supplier in Wuppertal. Leading digital transformation projects with a focus on SAP HCM and automation.
Responsibilities
- Du führst die monatliche Entgeltabrechnung für einen definierten Mitarbeiterkreis unter Berücksichtigung der aktuellen steuer-, sozialversicherungs- und arbeitsrechtlichen Bestimmungen durch
- Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für Mitarbeitende, Führungskräfte, Krankenkassen, Behörden, und Sozialversicherungsträgern in allen abrechnungsrelevanten Fragestellungen
- Du wirkst bei Jahresabschlussarbeiten mit und unterstützt bei Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsprüfungen
- Du bringst Dich aktiv in Projekte zur Digitalisierung und Automatisierung der Payroll-Prozesse ein – z. B. durch die Nutzung von KI-gestützten Tools – und hilfst dabei, unsere SAP HCM-Anwendungen weiterzuentwickeln
Requirements
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung sowie eine abgeschlossene einschlägige Zusatzqualifikation (z. B. Personalfachkauffrau:mann, Personalfachwirt:in)
- Idealerweise verfügst Du über fundierte Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Umgang mit der Entgeltabrechnung in SAP HCM
- Deine hohe IT-Affinität, Deine Begeisterung für technologische Entwicklungen sowie Dein Interesse an digitalen Lösungen und Automatisierungstools zeichnen Dich aus
